Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Occasionally, Designs by Jillian may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website when available.
Domestic Shipping
Designs by Jillian currently ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Designs by Jillian is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Designs by Jillian is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize an address error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
