Return & Refund Policy

At Designs by Jillian, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following return and refund guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Designs by Jillian cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

At this time, Designs by Jillian does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
